Holocaust denial: The Palm Beach County public schools principal who made controversial remarks about the Holocaust has been terminated, rehired and may be fired again or moved to a different role. Manatee: Manatee County public schools have reported a total of 136 coronavirus infections since the start of the school year. Manatee enrolled more than 50,000 students last year. Bradenton Herald.

Miami-Dade: After three weeks of in-person learning, the number of staff and students infected by the Coronavirus nears 100. Miami-Dade school district is one of the largest public school districts in the nation. The district enrolled more than 350,000 students and employed about 40,000 staff last year. Miami Herald.

Hillsborough: Hillsborough County schools reported a total of 628 Coronavirus infections as of Wednesday. Of them 412 are students. Hillsborough enrolled more than 220,000 students last year. Florida Politics.

Orange: Timber Creek High will close and go online until Nov. 4 after 14 reported coronavirus infections. More than 3,000 students were enrolled at Timber Creek High last year. Orlando Sentinel.

Volusia and Flagler: Public schools in Volusia and Flagler counties have seen 140 and 40 coronavirus infections respectively. Volusia enrolled more than 60,000 students last year and Flagler enrolled around 13,000. Palm Beach Post.

Walton: Walton County public schools will continue to monitor coronavirus infections as the total number of infected students and staff reaches 49. About 10,000 students were enrolled in Walton schools last year. WMBB
